Landscaping & Lawn Care in Mercer County, NJ
Mowing, edging, seasonal cleanups, and full property maintenance.
Landscaping & Lawn Care done right, by neighbors who live here
We mow, edge, and maintain lawns across Mercer County every week of the growing season. Most of our weekly accounts are tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass yards in Lawrenceville, Princeton, and Hopewell, with a fair number of older Ewing and Hamilton properties where the lawn has thinned out and needs overseeding to come back. Whether you want a clean weekly cut or a full property under contract, you get the same crew, the same truck, and the same schedule each visit.
Mercer County lawns deal with heavy clay soil, summer heat that bakes the top inch hard, and shade from mature oaks that thins cool-season grass. We mow high (around 3.5 to 4 inches in summer) to shade the soil and slow weed pressure, sharpen blades weekly so we cut grass instead of tearing it, and rotate mowing patterns so the turf stands up straight instead of leaning one way all season.

Spring and fall cleanups, mulch refresh, hedge trimming, and overseeding scheduled around the weekly route.
When we do this work
Weekly mowing typically runs late March through early November. Spring cleanups go on the schedule in March. Fall leaf cleanups start in late October and run through Thanksgiving, sometimes into early December for the oaks that hold their leaves the longest.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. Most weekly customers are month-to-month. If you want a written full-season agreement we will put one together, but it is not required.
What day will you come?+
We run set routes Monday through Saturday by town. We will give you a service day when you sign up and stick to it unless rain pushes the whole route.
Do you bag or mulch the clippings?+
We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default because it feeds the soil. If your lawn is overgrown or wet, we bag and haul that visit.
What towns do you mow in?+
Lawrence Township, Lawrenceville, Princeton, Ewing, Hopewell, Pennington, Hamilton, West Windsor, and Trenton.
